The WC-GUIDE remote monitoring software system enables remote access to the WC building. On the one hand, it provides information about the condition and operation of each cubicle, and on the other hand, if the system is rented, the operator can remotely influence the operation of the WC building with the help of commands. Toilet buildings are equipped with a number of special sensors. The signals sent by these are continuously transmitted to the remote server by an electronic unit, a communication module, located in the WC service area. The server organizes and stores the received data. These data are then made available to authorized operators with any device and browser with an internet connection. All you need is an internet browser to display the information. The WC-Guide system immediately sends SMS messages about alarms and important operating information from the WC building to the designated person or persons entrusted with operational tasks.

B&K Kft. has been engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of public toilets for more than 25 years. This is the product category in which our mechanical, electronic and software knowledge is concentrated. In order to expand our product range and develop the design world of toilets, in cooperation with the Moholy - Nagy University of Arts, we have developed a new generation of public toilets with the support of the European Union. We are constantly developing our public toilets in terms of technology and services, following the principles of the 3T technology that we formulated, all the while preserving the originally designed design.
When designing the buildings, it was an important aspect to create public toilets that fit the requirements of street furniture harmoniously with the modern neighborhoods and the turn-of-the-century environment, and that people with disabilities can easily use them, so when planning the interior design, we also tried to follow the recommendations of rehabilitation engineer Csaba Csernyik to keep in mind. Thanks to this, in 2008, in addition to the HUNGARIAN PRODUCT GRAND AWARD, our toilets won the SÉRÜLTEK.HU MAGAZINE special award and the ODAGYELÉS award. Continuing on this path, we implemented developments that are useful for the users and the operators of the toilets and greatly increase the comfort of the toilets.

In parking lots and public places where, due to traffic, it is not enough to install a single-person, street furniture-style public toilet, the implementation of several single-person toilets in one building is the ideal solution. Toilets built in this way can be used free of charge, but of course it can also be a paid solution by using the appropriate admission module. Regardless of the toilet rooms, the building can also contain a separate urinal room, with the installation of an appropriate number of urinals, and in some cases, for example, where trucks are parked, a paid shower can also be created there.
A purposefully essential characteristic of public toilets is that, regardless of the number of toilets, they contain a so-called service corridor. The function of the service corridor is that all sanitary equipment is installed from the service corridor, so there is no removable equipment from the guest area, the design is vandal-proof. The toilets are used in the most simplified way possible, the urinals are flushed automatically, while the toilets, hand washing, soap dispensing, and hand drying are done by hand approach, without touching.
Essentially, existing technological solutions, equipment, and modules in the automatic street furniture type toilets must be designed in a new arrangement in the built public toilets, even for multiple people.
Therefore, it is extremely important that appropriate consultations take place during the architectural and building engineering planning of the WC building!

Az ingyenes, személyre szóló WC használati jogosultságot érintésmentes RFID kártyával vagy kulcstartós kártyával lehet biztosítani. Ez a megoldás úgy érhető el, hogy az Önkormányzat vagy költségviselő személyes megjelenés és megfelelő tájékoztatás mellett adja ki az ingyenes használatra szóló kártyát, amely addig van érvényben amig azt a kibocsájtó vissza nem vonja. A kártya érvénytelenítés oka lehet az elvesztés vagy a nem megengedett használat. A szociális célú ingyenes használat hardver és szoftver tekintetében is integrálható a B&K Kft által gyártott illemhelyekbe, annak szerves részét képezheti, a beépíthetőség vonatkozik az utcabútor jellegű és az épített illemhelyekre is, amelyekben cégünk vezérlő rendszere működik.

Jelentős fejlesztést hajtottunk végre a WC-mosás terén, abból az okból, hogy hatékonyabbá tegyünk a WC mosását és a felületen maradó víz lefúvatását. A mosó kocsi mozgatása innentől kezdve pneumatikus vezérléssel történik, majd a mosást követő lefúvatás sűrített levegő végzi.
